Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the GiveAway, click the “Like” button of our Facebook Page so that we can contact you via FaceBook. Do not open multiple Facebook accounts and enter the contest. Doing this 'will not' increase your chances of winning. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN

GiveAway Dates

The GiveAway shall run from May 1st 2011 - 3:30 a.m. EST to May 22nd, 2011 11.55 p.m EST

Selecting the Winners

After May 22nd, some Facebook fans (existing FaceBook fans + FaceBook fans during the GiveAway Period) will be selected in a random manner using our software. There will be a separate draw for each of the products listed. DotNetCurry.com will notify Prize winners via FaceBook (Message) for a maximum of 3 times. You will have 7 days to respond after our first message is sent. If the winner does not respond back in one week, we will transfer the prize to the next eligible winner. The selection of a winner is purely random and DotNetCurry.com will not favor an individual or a Sponsor. DotNetCurry.com also reserves the right to choose the winners in case the software does not work as expected. There are some prizes reserved for the best comment received. One person can win only one prize.

Once the winners have been notified and approved, DotNetCurry.com will post the Prize winner’s name on our website (www.dotnetcurry.com).

Distributing the Prizes

DotNetCurry.com will not be directly delivering any of the prizes to the users. Your contact information will be collected from you and given to the Product Sponsor. The Prize will be sent to you directly from the Sponsor. Please note that the prizes will be delivered in the form of Electronic Licenses only and no products will be shipped unless specified otherwise.

The Total U.S. Retail Value of the GiveAway is approximately USD $37,923. This does not include any discounts that may be applied on the product by the Sponsor at the time of this GiveAway.

General Conditions

DotNetCurry.com and any partners/sponsors (if any) that it may use in the execution and management of the GiveAway do not warrant or represent (either directly or indirectly):
- that participation in and/or access to the whole or any part of the GiveAway, GiveAway materials, content, information and/or functions contained in them will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure and error-free basis; or
- that no computer viruses shall be transmitted or that no damage shall occur to your computer system as a result of any online activity of the GiveAway (if any).
- Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Internet is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from such download.
- DotNetCurry.com does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, validity, accuracy, or reliability of, or the results of the use of, or otherwise in respect of the materials on the GiveAway site or any sites linked to the Contest site.

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem on the DotNetCurry.com website, or FaceBook Page or Twitter service, DotNetCurry.com may, in its sole discretion, either:
(a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or
(b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

DotNetCurry.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
